舒伟课题组隶属于南方科技大学理学院化学系, 具有一流的设备平台和浓厚的科研气氛。课题组氛围和谐,经费充足,实验条件一流相关领域研究,负责具体课题的实施。

 

岗位要求:1)已经或即将博士毕业的有机化学博士;熟练掌握有机合成化学相关知识及实验技能;具有金属有机化学、自由基化学等研究背景者优先;2) 有较强的独立研究工作能力,中英文科技论文读写能力良好;3) 为人诚信,热爱科研,有良好的团队精神。

 

薪酬待遇:1) 基本薪酬不少于35万元/年(含市财政给予的生活补助18万元/年;另加五险一金+绩效工资+高水平论文奖励;特别优秀者可申请校长卓越博士后,基本薪酬可达55万元以上。

2) 提供优良的工作环境、享受五险一金(学校额外提供相当于薪酬35%的五险一金),其它福利待遇参照正式职工。

3) 能够申请深圳市孔雀计划或者后备级人才,可以获得至少160万(税后)安家费。

4) 解决家人户口及子女上学。

5) 支持作为负责人申请博士后科学基金、国家自然科学基金及省、市各级课题(课题组提供额外奖励)。

6) 表现优异者可以晋升为校聘研究助理教授。

7) 表现优异且有意出国深造者,负责推荐欧美知名课题组。

研究方向催化有机化学方法学,侧重发展高效、高选择性的催化反应,主要包括:过渡金属催化和自由基化学、可见光催化、不对称催化等。

 

导师简介:舒伟博士,南方科技大学长聘研究员、课题组长、博士生导师,本科毕业于南开大学,博士毕业于中国科学院上海有机化学研究所,师从麻生明院士和香港科技大学贾国成教授,获中科院院长奖;博士毕业后分别于苏黎世大学、普林斯顿大学和麻省理工学院从事博士后和研究工作;2018年加入南方科技大学化学系开展独立研究。入选国家海外高层次人才引进计划、广东省重大人才工程“珠江人才计划”青年拔尖人才、广东省优粤人才、深圳市海外高层次人才(“孔雀计划”B类)和深圳市南山区领航人才;荣获2021年Thieme Chemistry Journals Award、2023年NHU-CJC Innovation Award。迄今为止,舒伟博士在Sci. Adv., Nat. Synth., Nat. Commun., JACS, ACIE, CCS Chem.等国际一流期刊发表论文六十余篇,授权和申请专利9项。其中2019年以来,以第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文四十余篇,包括Sci. Adv. 3篇,Nat. Synth. 1篇,ACIE 11篇,Nature Commun. 6篇,CCS Chem. 1篇,JACS 2篇,Adv. Sci. 1篇,Sci. China Chem. 2篇,JACS Au 1篇,Chem Catal. 2篇,ACS Catal. 6篇,Chem. Sci. 7篇,Book Chapter 1章,申请和授权专利13项。研究工作多次受到专业杂志亮点评述30余次,包括Science (2次), Nat. Synth., Nat. Commun., Angewandte Chemie, Synfacts (16次), Organic Process Research & Development (7次), Organic Chemistry Portal (4次), Chem. Commun. (2次), Synform (2次), Chin. J. Org. Chem. (2次), Acta Chim. Sinica, Chimia等杂志的亮点评述和专题报道。
